Welcome to our “Minute Move Well Snack” series. We are creating this series to educate and inspire you to move well, more often, and perform at your best in life, the gym, or any athletic activity that you choose. As a society, we all sit too much and get caught up with technology in many ways that limit our mobility. Just like we all know we should take a break for a snack or at least a glass of water after sitting for a period of time, we believe you should take a movement “snack” break at least once throughout the day.
